Best way is to take out old battery and take it in to store to match it up. Cranking amp and voltage must be matched, however the actual size of the battery is most important if it is to fit in battery cabinet correctly. You can have the right voltage and amps but if it’s too large or small it will give you trouble. Take it in with you to get a new one. This will also help you get the kind of terminals (side/top) you need. You might also get a credit for the old one.

they sell the lawn tractor batteries right at home depot or walmart. It’s a generic size.

Remove your old one and take it with you to get another. There is a core charge if you don’t turn in a battery when you get another. You might want to check all the connections because it should turn over if you used good jumper cables to jump it.
