Do NOT waste your money.
I purchased model 10642 in the spring of 2009. It is now the beginning of Sept 2009, and I have had nothing but trouble with this piece of crap.

I bought this mower when it was at the presale price. Well, I got it sent to my home(Free Shipping was awesome!) and finally got the mower out to use over the weekend! Well, I could not be more pleased! At first turn of the key it started and I was off! It ran smooth and pretty quiet!
I did not use the bag and it mulched the leaves into little pieces! It works really well! I am very happy!

If I could give this mower 10 stars, I would! I’ve used it only once since it was delivered by Amazon in 1st class condition and it’s perfect for my lawn. It started right up and runs like a champ! The automatic choke makes it extremely easy to start as does the electric start. The transmission works perfectly at a moderate walking speed and is easy to control. If you are in the market for a self-propelled mower, buy one that is rear wheel powered-better traction. Lawnboys are great and Amazon has the best price! Shipping is free and it was delivered to me in about 3 days.

Got this lawnmower in April, filled it with the oil that came with it, used it TWICE, the third time, the engine blew.

Great product! The assembly was a breeze and in about 30 minutes I had the mower ready to take charge. Keyed starter was a big improvement for me from the older model. The self-propelled feature is a great one and I take great pleasure in lawn mowing (which I used to procrastinate once upon a time! Kudos to lawnboy!

Love My Lawn-Boy!
Hardly any assembly was required. The key start worked immediately (I was so tired of yanking on a rope!) Height adjustment of the wheels is simple.
