I have an electric lawn mower engine that I would like to use as an engine for a gokart. Is this possible? Can I connect to batteries?

Go-kart–yes, batteries–no. A bumper-car rink like situation may work. A slot-car track may work as well. Might even try a roller-coaster ride. The idea is that you must keep 110a.c. going to that motor for it to perform right. Trolley cars are my final thought-(with overhead supply lines).

if the mower was pluged direct to the mains no. If it was rechargable that is to say once unpluged from the main it ran independently yes but it wont go very far and it wont go very fast
